Es un buen lugar para descansar, el ambiente es tranquilo, las instalaciones estan comodas y el staff es muy atento, tiene una excelente ubicacion pegado a la marina, en el restaurant para mi gusto le hace falta sazón a los platillos y lo que si deben de mejorar es que si usas el estacionamiento cada vez que vas a salir necesitas llevar tu tiket a la recepción para que te lo sellen.

Mal servicio con reglas muy estrictas sobre el comportamiento permitido en las albercas, permiten visitas hasta las 8 pm, albercas cerradas a las 9 pm, comida muy cara, mal recibimiento de parte de administración, el clima y el frigobar de mi habitación no enfriaban. No recomiendo en absoluto este hotel a excepción de su ubicación, que es muy buena.

Staying here during tropical storm Lidia. The hotel staff has gone above and beyond to make us all who are staying here feel safe and comfortable. Although all the businesses in the are have closed due to the weather, Tesoro has kept their lobby bar and their restaurant open for everyone.

Conveniently located in the marina at Cabo San Lucas ICY marina. Reasonable rates, great location and friendly staff. Plenty of rooms available. Stayed there during a hurricane and the staff was helpful, accommodation, safe and friendly. Great views facing the water and town. Great breakfast buffet included with room in the morning. Beautiful sunrises and a great pool for relaxing.

Tiny rooms and very loud AC unit that shakes the walls and ceiling. This hotel is not worth more than $50 a night solely to use as a storage space for your bags. For the asking price, there are many other great hotels in the area that are on the beach.

Kind of a dark plaza with most empty storefronts for some reason. This is prime location for tourism, but it is not fully utilized. They also have vacation housing for travelers in the upstairs area of the building, but not sure how well those are advertised. Tip: The "green" bank at the bank of Tesoro offers some of the best rate if you need to withdraw money from your local debit cards.

This hotel is overly expensive for the amenities provided. The check in was un-necessarily long. You get hassled by security just to walk to your room. The floor plan is overly long and complicated, and most of the stairways lead to emergency exists which will promptly alarm if you try and use them.

Good for the price, except the RUDE Doorman (AKA, kid with a goatee) at the pool, I was trying to relax beside the pool, I had a half a bottle of water that I was finishing, doorman treated me like I was a criminal. The management needs to train their staff on how to speak to guests of the hotel.
