Jack HoytI have given them every chance and have rented from them several times in Cabo. Cars are USUALLY good. BUT they ALWAYS try to scam you at the airport with outrageous , undisclosed charges. Example: I prepaid a rental online with liability insurance and physical damage insurance. $253/week. Great. Got there and was told they were putting $9,000 US security deposit on my credit card unless I bought MORE insurance. Car was cheapest tiny Chevy (they said it held 5 people + luggage...HA!). Manual rollup windows, manual door locks, car felt LOUD and dangerous. BAD EXPERIENCE!!

THEY ARE THIEVES we are from the usa. we rented a car and they charged our credit card two times. i will never use this car rental again and i warn you they will rip you off after you leave the country. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY REFUNDED ME BUT THEY STILL STOLE THE MONEY
