Hice mi reservacion y pago sin problemas, me llego confirmacion e instrucciones por correo inmediatametne, en ese sentido todo bien. Al llegar al aeropuerto de Los Cabos se suponia que iba a estar el chofer esperando con una pancarta pero sorpresa, no habia nadie. Una persona del aeropuerto se me acerco y me pregunto el nombre de la compañia que me iba a recoger y busco a otra persona quien finalmente llamo por radio a alguien mas y me dijo que ya estaba en camino mi transporte. Finalmente llego 25 minutos despues, sin siquiera ofrecer una disculpa por la demora. El viaje fue tranquilo en una suburban que ya acusa el paso de los años. El conductor siempre muy serio sin ningun animo de informar u orientar al cliente EL regreso del hotel al aeropuerto si fue puntual eso si, otra suburban vieja pero limpia, chofer serio sin decir una sola palabra.

I found this company on line.We were tired of being herded like cattle to large busses where you had to wait til the bus was full then wait while the bus stopped many times to let people off.We reserved a private van for 4 people. The man was waiting right outside the door of the airport and we were in the van within 5 minutes. They gave us 2 beers and we were on our way. I had not reserved a round trip transfer but wish we had. We are at the Sandos resort within 35 minutes. Brand new van and friendly driver. He gave us his card and we ended up calling for the return trip.Only $50 for rip to hotel and $55 for return trip. We will definitely use this company again and I have shared their number with 2 other parties who are headed that way. Great deal! Thank you!

We booked the translation before arriving in Cabo San Lucas. Feraltar was the service our booking agent set us up with. They emailed instructions ahead of the arrival on how and where to meet them after clearing customs. They were ready to find and quickly had us loaded and headed to our hotel. Driver was very friendly. Would certainly use them again.
