Es uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona. La cocina excelente, sus vistas desde todos los cuartos son de postal y sobre todo el servicio y la sonrisa de cada uno de los que allí trabajan. Ests enfocado principalmente en parejas y lunamieleros por lo cual no se admiten niños y es un plus del hotel.

Todo excelente!!! El servicio es de 1a, los cuerpos están muy padres! La comida es brutal (en cualquier restaurante). Lo único malo es que esta un poco (solo un poco) retirado de los cabos, pero la verdad tampoco te dan ganas de salir ya que tienes todo aquí!

La verdad es un hotel excelente con detalles tipo hacienda con grandes areas tanto de alberca como de playa. Las habitaciones muy agradables y el servicio excelente. La alberca con el swim up bar no puede faltar durante las visitas.

I recently stayed here for my honeymoon. We had a Jr. Suite in the preferred section. This is highly recommended because with the room there is a private bar/snack building you get access to (no lines and close to the rooms). EVERYONE was so nice, helpful, and happy. The resort was beautiful and the the rooms were very nice. Its a great place to go to relax and just stay within the resort (if you choose). The resort entertainment staff do a great job of having activities and including people (poker,archery,cooking,dancing,etc). So there is enough to do if you want to do something, but we did a lot of laying and drinking. =D The activities are included, but the spa is extra $$. My only regret is not getting the swim out pool off our room. Those rooms looked awesome!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort and we highly recommend it to our friends! Every staff member greeted us with a smile and were so pleasant throughout our stay. Upon arrival, the staff provided us with an upgrade for our honeymoon that was such a treat. We were so grateful for the experience and it quickly made us repeat consumers for Secrets locations for future vacations! During our stay, we dined at each of the restaurants and enjoyed the variety of options we had to chose from each day. We also enjoyed a few couples massages at the spa that while pricey exceeded our expectations and left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. A wonderful all-inclusive for couples!

Concierge made aware of broken fridge in room. I was told someone would fix it, but when we left 5 days later it still was not working. "Mini bar" in room only consisted of a few small bottles of Corona. Entertainment staff was amazing and had a lot of positive energy! Great excursions offered for extra fees. Multiple private events occurring which closed off sections of the resort to the rest of the visitors way too much.

Wonderful resort - with great rooms and views - we paid approx. $1000 for an upgrade and it was worth it - we had a kind of private lounge we could go to. This resort is closer to San Jose del Cabo which in my view is a nicer, friendlier town than the bigger Cabo San Lucas. The staff on the resort are wonderful as most of Mexico is. There is a very large pool area and that was a lot of fun. I struggled with some of the food at the resort- as the quality is just not as good as it should be - I stuck with cereals and omelettes.

Great hotel. Service is somewhat slow and sometimes incorrect (language barrier is probably the issue coupled with being an all-inclusive). It world be really difficult to find any real problems with this resort; the room is great and the staff is helpful and accommodating. I would, without hesitation, stay here again.

Very nice. Food, room, staff fabulous. We like pool sitting, but we are active. We ran to the lighthouse today, biked to marina and botanical gardens yesterday with entertainment staff, and I enjoyed dancing and beach volleyball. I would love to come back here.

First day here. So far all inclusive has proven to be not a good deal. It is very difficult to get served. Nothing is easy. Many things are at additional costs. They are are constantly trying to up sell. Had a much much better experience at Pauble Bonito Sunset Beach. Which went there. Friends booked this resort and it sounded good.

The construction and staff service are awesome. It is away from everything and to get anywhere other than bus is $50 minimum. On check-in they try to sign you up for a high pressure 4-hr time share which is hokey. The standard wine (there are a total of four) is drinkable. There are no top shelf liquors of any kind and no Irish whiskey. The standard tequila that they use (unless you ask) is terrible. The food ranged from excellent to pretty good. The room was very nice.
