Desafortunadamente durante mi visita el hotel estaba en obras debido a una remodelación grande, sin embargo nunca me avisaron antes de hacer la reserva, muy mal gusto por parte del hotel. El mayan a ser de tiempos compartidos los vendedores tratarán desesperadamente de venderte algún paquete lo que personalmente les recomiendo no acepten el desayuno gratis con la promesa de obtener ciertos descuentos...mejor paguen el precio completo de lo que consuman y ahorrense las 3-4 hrs de venta intensa de tiempos compartidos, simplemente es desagradable!

Me parece una falta de respeto que medio hotel este cerrado por "remodelaciones" y el sonido de la maquinaria dure todo el dia hasta por la noche. Los cuartos estan increíbles, la alberca privada muy buen toque pero todo se pierde por las obras que aparte dan una vista terrible al hotel. No volvería a este hotel porque ademas es el mas chico de toda la republica y de los mas caros.

Me gustó a pesar de la construcción la crítica es tmb para el intermediario que no avisó que el hotel estaba en remodelación con un montón de máquinas ruidosas y una pésima vista, fuera de eso el servicio bien, el Internet lento y el cobro automático del 15% de propina en todo lo que consumas

Muy hermoso el hotel, el personal siempre amable y atento. Todas las recamaras tienen vista al mar y la alberca es de lo mejor. Habitaciones amplias y en excelente calidad. Dentro del hotel se cuentan con varios restaurantes, zona de gimnasio, spa, centro comercial y esta enfrente al mar.

Pésimo el servicio que ofrecen con sus vendedores en el aeropuerto. A mi me ofrecieron un servicio de taxi privado aeropuerto hotel y a la hora de partir del aeropuerto me enviaron en un taxi compartido. Después me habló un tipo del hotel diciendome que yo tenía la culpa por no revisar bien los dctos. Por favor cuidense de las malas personas. Tengo la boleta del hotel en donde me especifican un servicio y me brindaron el que ellos quisieron. Pesima la calidad de atención

Overall the resort is nice and will be very nice once the construction is over. Lots of the pool area is closed and the keep putting up even more barriers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is nice and clean. Resort will be beautiful in a year.

The hotel is under construction and no one told me or my family. 1/2 of a pool and 1/4 the resort is open. There are construction sounds like jack hammers, drilling and sawing all day. Big waste of money to come here. Not very happy will never come back.

After months of saving and weeks of planning nothing sounds the same as burning a stack of money like being woken up 6 days in a row by construction before 8 am. A horrible view and obnoxious noise will be sure to ruin any vacation.

I had the worst experience with this resort twice. I think that in Los Cabos they are the least caring about their guest. Right from the sales department where if you do not buy what they are selling they will treat you like dirt and are ready to throw you out literally. Our current stay is so bad because of the construction going on. Everyday the sound of the Jack Hammer and the bobcat will drive you crazy. I have been trying to ask for the manager for three days and have not heard back from, even though I have been told that he will contact me. After paying a $1000 and being a member I have been treated so bad that I do not recommend people to buy membership in this organization. I will publish the full sad and insulting experience separately. I would recommend that if you are coming here do ask them that if the construction is going on. If they say yes, do not come otherwise you will be sorry. And if you do not buy a membership after listening to their sales pitch, you will be thrown out like a fly out of the milk. Sad, sad. A very unhappy guest.
