Muy bonitas las instalaciones; la piscina muy limpia y con excelente vista. La playa inmejorable. Cada uno de los restaurantes a la carta, espectaculares. Los animadores, los meseros y todo el personal del hotel, muy servicial y atento. Realmente hacen del todo incluido un tema más allá, de solo un producto; cada una de las cosas que vienen incluidas, tienen un detalle de servicio que agrega valor. Los restaurantes, las bebidas, los Shows, cada contacto fue positivo. Gracias!

Lo que me gusto: las instalaciones muy limpias al igual que las habitaciones. Todos son muy amables con buena predisposicion y serviciales. La accesibilidad a todos los sectores. La comida china es muy recomendable. La gente de animacion espectaculares todos. Los show nocturnos hermosos. Me sorprendio para bien la calidad de los show y bailarines. Lo que de alguna manera veo como aspecto de mejora fue que nuestra habitacion estaba en el pulmon del patio y cada dos noches hay gente borracha gritando y hablando muy alto hasta altas horas de la noche. Sin dejar descansar bien al resto.

We went to GR caribe for a week in the beginning of May for my graduation from nursing school. It was incredible to say the least! It was a lovely hotel for both couples (we are 23 yo) and young families. The food was great, especially the breakfast and room service. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming! Everything was clean and I always felt safe. The only thing I did not love was that the beach had a lot of seaweed- however after speaking with people we met on our excursions, it is like this throughout most of Cancun. I greatly appreciate the staff at GR caribe making my graduation even more memorable! We will definitely be back.

Great overall value for the time we went (early May). Ocean view is beautiful, food is good (not great), but i love that by booking gr caribe we have access to all the solaris resorts! For example, booking Royal caribe does not allow you to use/eat at GR.

The beach is wonderful and immediately there. the view from the rooms is excellent and the atmosphere is lovely. The food is good, but nothing outstanding when it comes to room service. The drinks are excellent, the service is prompt, and the rooms are comfortable.

Above all, the service at this hotel was incredible, and improved my feelings toward it considerably. Everyone from concierges, to janitorial staff, bartenders, and entertainment were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Drinks were excellent. Not great, however, was the food, a big part of an all-inclusive. We are not picky at all, but food was still highly disappointing. When we found something we liked, we ended up eating it over and over to be on the safe side. Given the extreme value of the resort and friendliness of everyone we encountered, we would potentially still come back.

My second time here, rooms are comfortable, bif enough, with frigobar, cable TV, internet access for 2 devices you have to pay if you want to add a third. Pool is ok not so cold water, beach great, overall good installations, food is always available but sometimes not so tasty.
