Yo compré el servicio de flyboard y todo salío muy bien, si compras este servicio verifica que las botas te queden extremadamente justas sin que se muevan ya que de eso dependerá que tu estabilidad y equlibrio sean buenos. Te hacen fotos y video por medio de un drone en la laguna asi que todo quedará muy bien.,

Bueno para buceo en MUSA y arrecifes. Te dan la clase de buceo por primera vez aunque su alberca donde la imparten el agua esta muy fria y muuuy sucia y no ves nada...eso te da mas miedo si es x primera vez. Pero ya el mar es otra cosa, agua limpia y no tan fria. No necesitas el traje de neopreno para arrecifes y MUSA a menos que seas muy friolent@

Nice play to go and play. They are convenient to many hotels as they are tight in the middle of the strip. I just spent an hour on the wave rider my last morning before checking out and the guy helping/teaching was great. If you are on the hotel zone I would consider using them. Planning to bring the kids next time and will take them (ages 6-15 but more adventurous than most kids)

What a nice place. We rented two waverunner times so I called to schedule a time and make sure everything was settled and was told they could not schedule my wife and I consecutively. So I told them an hour in between our 30min. Rentals was fine. When we got there they rescheduled and allowed to us to go one right after the other which was nice. My wife got the better as she had a 50min ride instead of a 30min. As she got to see the crocodiles in the lagoon. Overall I enjoyed the rental and experience. The guide was also really nice and lead us through choppy water allowing me to catch some air! I highly recommend this fun activity. By the way the equipment is well maintained the speed is electronically shown and life jackets are provided although we also had a small docking fee of $8 per person.

Reservation team is the reason for "okay" rating. Scheduled a scuba dive for myself and three people. Reservation team changed the time and the price of our dive 3 times in 3 days because of "weather conditions" (slight wind and sunny each day). Seemed very disorganized. When we finally arrived on the day of the dive, the dive boat team was excellent. Took us to a great location and were very helpful.

Scuba - Followed through with everything they said they would. Only complaint was equipment was a little worn but adequate. Initial training was too fast and not as thorough as should be. NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE TRAINER OR YOU WILL NOT MAKE IT TO THE TRIP. Couple of thugs in the lobby pointed at their eyes and their partners and told them to watch my 22 year old son and his friend as if they were going to take something. We overlooked this and kept to ourselves. Prices were fair and boat was pristine. Would use their services again.

While on family vacation in Cancun purchased a day trip to Isla Mujeres. It cost about $74.00/person plus dock fees. Included was lunch, kayaking, and open bar both on beach and boat. We paid extra for a golf cart and were able to tour the entire island. Well worth the cost. Best fun we had in Mexico. The staff was most excellent both at dock and on the boat. There was additional staff at Albatross and they were fabulous also. A must do if you have the chance. Lasted 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but memories & pictures for life. Thank you for BEST DAY EVER!!!!

We did the jungle boat ride and snorkel in Cancun. It was amazing. The boat ride was fun! The snorkeling was the best I have ever experienced. Our guide Super Mario was so fun and knowledgeable. There are no complaints about this trip. Any one who has complaints needs to snorkel in Australia, because that is the only place it could be better.

I would suggest that you use Aquaworld if you plan to visit the Isla. They take you to their private beach and it is gorgeous. We added the snorkeling and we were glad that we did it. The crew is very nice and really go out of their way to make sure everyone has a beverage and is having a good time. Couple of points - 1. Bring a towel 2. Make sure you get over to the beach area quickly and grab some lounge chairs (limited # of chairs). 3. Only take the golf carts if you feel you need to see the entire island. Probably not work the $30. 4. At 2 pm they take you to the city area and it is crowded and not much to see or do. This is fine if you plan to shop or just want to experience the city area. I would definitely use these guys again...

My friends and I went on 4 excurisions and had a blast!! The Isla Mujures is a must-we had a blast driving the golf carts around all day in a cool city! We also did the jungle tour, twister and Hoover board-all were so fun and worth every penny! do not use this company, they are rude crooks.they tried to tell us our time was up before it was. their employee Armondo was obnoxious and should not be working with hotel guests that are spending good money on vacation. after Armondo tried to bring us in 10 minutes early, and we showed him we still had time left, he intentionally turned his jet ski to create a huge wave to try and drown my daughter. he sat there laughing at the situation. when i tried to talk to him about it, he would jet ski over to where I was standing in the water and try and drown me as well. he was continuously verbally abusive and obnoxious. stay away from this company as long as they employ armondo!

I was a little skeptical about a fishing charter as I have been promised in the past with other operations fishing being fantastic and disappointed, but this trip was fantastic. The crew were great and we hooked three sail fish over 6 feet long and landed one. The rest of the group landed a bunch of bonita which gave all of us a great time and the fishing was great. The Aqua World operation and crew are professional and great. I highly recommend this trip.

The marine is great with good structure, but would not recommend it after any circumstances. Me and my husband had paid of 3 dives - 6 tanks, two per day - in a package with them. However there was a night that rained a lot and the day after dive was canceled, but I had no more days to redo it. They gave to me the paper of withdrawal without the value of diving and said to me to go to the hotel agency that I bought. When I went to check the compensation value was amazed. They are very dishonest. They said the discount was not worth for just 2 dives (4 tanks), but it was not my fault if the weather was bad and was necessary the cancellation and despite the dive cost $80 for each person (we were 2, so $160) they just went to reimburse $34 ($17 each). A shame! A steal! Dishonesty service! I do not recommend it! Anyway!!!!! Do not fall as me! They do not deserve! Seek reliable dive companies! Good places for diving in Cozumel, Isla Mujeres (Museo and Arrecifes) and barco Hundado. Do not close any diving package with this company!

Not quite the place they describe... $ of us went to Aquaworld for some promised "adventure of our lives"... Equipment is BROKEN, employees are rude and prices EXTREME !!! So, we booked a package deal from our hotel including a 30 minutes of Flyboard for the 4 of us imediately followed by The jungle tour.... We were told there are 2 jet skis that can do the Flyboard so we can do it 2 at a time. When we got there, none of the jetskis were prepped... They had to fuel the ski and they ONLY got one of them out... I was the first one to try it and as soon as I got out on the water, the hose disconnected and I crashed... As they repaired it, my time kept on ticking so my"fun" was cut short... As people started to pile up and the schedule got backed up, they finally decided to bring out the second ski. the problem with this was the fact that the driver was more concerned with us taking photos and videos of our own rather than paying attention to the person on the flyboard who was falling and dragging into the water... this brings me to the other issue - IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN for you to use your own camera to get memories of your own. You have to buy their LOW QUALITY, out of focus photos and cut-off videos. they only have 1 person with a camera and while she is trying her best, it is hard for her to decide when to switch from videos to stills so you end up with poor samples of each. And yes - the price for 1 cd is $120 US dollars !!!!!!!!!!! Really, is this how much Aquaworld is paying their employees per hour?! $120 for ONE CD with just a couple of LOW quality photos?! When we got to the second tour of the day, the guide was screaming and bullying the riders. He had little patience with many of them which, I am sure had no previous experience with driving a boat... Some weher young ladies, some older couples and should you not turn youe engine on / off when the guide wanted you to, then you had to hear from him... Now, this was not because of safety issues - these boats are small, nimble and underpowered so there is nothing one can do to compromise safety... The boats are great for what they are intended but in no way did those people deserve what they got... In my opinion, Aquaworld should be your LAST RESORT for activities in Cancun. Extremely expensive, marginal and defective equipment and poor employee attitude. There are many competitors so one should shop around.

Too expensive...did the Trip to isla mujeres! Wanted 30 Dollars for a Golf car which you get for 10 Dollars in downtown! Lunch was not good(no fruits, everythig fried) and snorkeling was 10 min instead of promised 45 min. They also did not go to the underwater Museum which was also promised. Just take the regular ferry from Cancun to the isla by yourself (50 pesos ~ 3,50 Dollars one way).

First Class Diving!! We did a package deal with the trip to Cozumel, wreck, and night dive. We had the most wonderful experience with Jorge, Martin, Chuco(sp?), Gabriel, and the rest of the staff. We had to scratch the night dive due to the weather conditions, and they offered up the museum and reef instead. I got sea sick and they were wonderfully helpful, knowing that once I got into the water I would feel better. I felt as comfortable as if we were with our favorite dive shop. Everything was very well planned out and the dive masters kept a close eye on everyone. We will book thru them again for sure! They even sung happy birthday to me on the boat. :0) Thank you for such an enjoyable experience!
