This is not an all-inclusive hotel so this is definitely a pricey hotel but I recommend this hotel because you pay for what you get and is in a great location. Wow!!! Excellent people working there and THE BEST Service. Also the MOST HONEST staff ever seen. 1. When I arrived I accidentally drop a $20 bill and a staff person picked up and gave it back immediately. 2. Some hours after I checked out I noticed I forgot my cell charger. I called and they had it at the reception desk. Now on, Marriot is a cancun synonymous for me Never doubt on staying there again!!!

The welcome staff was extremely friendly and not in a pushy way, but genuinely friendly. They explained a lot and helped us get situated. When you are in your room, they provide one bottle of water per guest and replenish them each day. Our room attendant let us know that if we asked for 10,theyd bring 10! So we used them to full our metal hiking water bottles and asked for more, each day they brought as many as we asked for, it was a life saver.

Great hotel! A little older (not a contemporary design) but it is nice and clean and really has a beautiful charm. Service was great. Beautiful beach views from the room and pool and several restaurants. Would totally stay here again. It is in the middle of the hotel district and a 10 minutes bus or can ride to the malls and busy strip at the end which made it all the more desirable for someone who likes to stay away from the crowds. A couple of tips. Call the hotel to reserve, they gave us a good deal that included money each day towards food. If you want to save money they have food in the gift shop that has some cheap breakfast/lunch/dinner options. We loved the empenadas at $30 pesos each for both breakfast and the later meals/snacks and the parfets for breakfast at $50 pesos each.

Although more basic than the JD Marriott next door, the resort is great and has excellent facilities. The rooms are clean and so are the areas around the hotel. Pool is excellent and the restaurants around the hotel are all of a good standard. Breakfast is superb in the Argentinian steakhouse restaurant and reasonably priced. You can get a bus from outside the hotel into cancun for very little money and they run very regularly.

The locale has a refreshing tropical ambiance. The resort is well kept and even grand in some areas, including the lobby and the pool. The latter is right next to the beach, which is exceptionally clean. The rooms themselves are a little on the small side, but pretty standard fare. Room service does a fine job changing our bedsheets, replacing towels, etc. The La Capilla restaurant is also pretty good, and there are several other restaurants located on resort grounds.

My wife and I stayed at the CasaMagna in May of 2015 and we thought it was very nice. We had an ocean view room on the 6th floor and it was very clean and extremely quiet. The service in the hotel is top notch. The people that work at the CasaMagna were some of the nicest and most helpful people we have ever met while on vacation. We tried two of the restaurants and although the service was excellent we thought the food was below expectations at the price point. If you like to swim in a pool or just get a tan the hotel will be fine for you. We are kayakers, snorkelers, and surfers and the hotel does not accommodate any of these activities. Buses run from the street in front of the hotel to the nightclubs in Cancun.

Beautiful beach front, I can tell Marriott pays a lot of attention to details and you can see that on the beach, how clean and neat it is. Employees are kind and well trained, Restaurants are very good. The rooms are well maintained, clean and the beds are very confortable. The ocean view from the rooms is fantastic. Internet is everywhere. My wife and I like the location becuase it is close to everything you need and the taxi or bus stop is right outside the hotel. The place is well airconditioned if you need a break from the heat. The JW next door is supposed to be better but this hotel is so well maintained and service is so good that I will have a hard time deciding for my next stay beteen the two.

The staff their are first class in customer service and ensuring that your every wish is satisfied. We definitely felt like we returned home! We had a beautiful ocean front view that was breath taking to the sun rising and the sound of the ocean. The food at the surrounding eateries are delicious and provide an array of options from fancy to a low key sports bar atmosphere. You have to treat yourself to any one of the spa treatments or if your like me have three:) I left there floating feeling relaxed and beautiful.
