Owners Adolfo & Constantina Navarrete’s dream was open a restaurant where they could serve their favorite homemade Mexican dishes. Although taqueria means “taco shop”, we offer much more than just tacos and burritos. Adolfo Navarrete began cooking at a young age under his father who was a butcher and cook at their family’s ranch outside of Palmar Chico, Mexico. Taqueria El Porton serves dishes that are authentic to Central Mexican cuisine.
