Nicole CurranWent to the Ajijic ATM machine on March 26th, 2016, a Saturday, withdrew 3000 pesos, the distributor never gave me the money but my Canadian account was debited. Went back to the bank on Monday, cashier said that they had no record of my transaction. Met the manager on Tuesday who confirmed that he also had no record. A lady who was at the bank at the same time as me did not receive her money either. There must have been a problem with their system at that particular time but nobody wants to take responsibility. I was in Mexico for 2 weeks and withdrew money with the same card at other branches without any problem.
