Un lugar súper padre te la pasas de maravilla la fiesta esta en todas partes, fui con mi mejor amiga y me la pase increíble los chicos de animación , los meseros de la alberca súper buena onda, los meseros en el antro y en los restaurantes muy atentos a lo que necesitaba, super recomendado para pasar unos días de fiesta y no dejar de bailar.

Pésimo. Muy ruidoso y las habitaciones tienen poco aislamiento. El personal del hotel no ayuda a resolver. Ponen la música de la alberca como de antro y te dicen amablemente que te aguantes. Yo vine a un congreso a trabajar, sin interés de unirme a la fiesta como me sugieren. Y menos dentro de mi habitación, donde espero tener paz.

El ruido es tremendo, no es lo que uno espera para un lugar al que viene a descansar o a trabajar, son las 10:00 de la noche y tengo el antro metido adentro de mi cuarto, o el aislamiento es pésimo o el ruido no tiene medida. He llamado varias veces para preguntar a qué hora termina la fiesta y cada ves me dicen una hora diferente. Si tendría uno que saber antes a que se atiene en este lugar.

Café The Nock muy buen servicio así como servicio a cuartos. Los shows en el winks muy buenos. Los djs de albercas... Son djs?? Repetían toda la musica, diario las mismas pistas... El concepto de siempre fiesta, esta en entredicho. El camino para entrar a hotel, no esta terminado aun. La playa con agradable vista, pero no te puedes meter, siempre esta bandera roja.

Loved every minute of Breathless. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Quick service. The E team was amazing the ones I met Adrian, Marcela, Alex, Santino, Ulala and the waiters on the beach Charly Boy and Cruz. Everyone made us feel welcome. Food was good. Service great. Beach was a little smaller than I would have liked but other than that I will definitely be back to Breathless soon.

I was only there 5 days, it was not enough. Great rooms, slept like a baby. Service was fantastic, food fantastic. I have 0 negative things to say. I am not much of a party girl but the party atmosphere did not effect me in anyway. Staff were great. The beach is nice, I have been to better but it beats snow!! Highly recommend this resort, great job everyone!!

We were upgraded to the exhale ocean front room, fantabulous view! Bed is extremely soft, we are on the quiet side of the party! The buffet is wonderful, nothing on it disappointing all is delicious!! Room service food is great as well! Bud and Bud Light at all the bars! Beach is nice, its not as clean as Cancun, but great. They do remove seaweed every morning. The Foam Bar is topless optional. Clubs are nice as well. Age range, is from young to older, atmosphere is wonderful!

Its a party place. They crank the techno quite a bit. Seemed to calm down after 8 or 9. During the day Its loud. Lots of neat places to hang out. Beautiful beach and the Staff was wonderful! When we first showed up we checked in and then someone else was trying to set us up on a tour for next day. We skipped it, seemed like he wanted to sell us something. Other reviews said they were trying to upgrade your vacation or do a time share thing or something. All the food was pretty good. We have never done an all inclusive before so hard to judge. Other than the music we liked it. We learned to deal with the music.

They hosted an event by Heineken which was supposed to include a day pass, but they treated everyone as a suspect by fingerprinting them on arrival, and the only food included were hamburgers and hot dogs. Not the best way to advertise your brand!

As far as all inclusive places go (which in my experience are mainly substandard) this place is fantastic. Very friendly staff and food is reasonable for such a place. On the con side of things, the alcohol is definitely watered down though, and it is a party resort, so there is plenty of outdated electronic music.

Came here for our wedding and found everyone to be polite and friendly. While having her hair done in the spa despite showing the hairdresser a picture of the style she wanted the hairdresser did not even achieve a similar style and spoke in Mexican to a colleague throughout resulting in the hair taking nearly 2 hours to style not how it was requested and caused stress as this meant rushing to get ready not being able to relax and being over 25 minutes late to the ceremony. The pools are lovely and the food in the restaurants is good however be wary of the buffet as on separate occasions we found food to be severely undercooked and in some cases raw. I am aware this has yet to open fully and would expect this to improve once it has and will be interested to see the resort after it has been open for a year.
