Next, we’ll go to your property and assess the situation first hand. Additionally, we’ll work on the market analysis to establish best prices and strategies for booking your property. Once we have completed this step, we’ll move onto the next!

Now that we have visited your property, provided you with a general overview of the marketing strategy and so forth, we’ll get everything down on paper and ensure that both parties are informed and knows what is expected in relation to responsibilities. 

Finally, we will begin to create the marketing material for your property. We’ll provide you with a timeline on ‘when’ the property will go live, do all the creative works and start working on getting your property booked!
