Paulocesar CastanosAutobuses aunque son nuevos tienen los asientos pequeños incómodos para mi que mido 1.85 , Te dan 1 una hora para tomar fotos para todo chichen??? En el restaurante le falta más personal "meseros" , de regreso del viaje sería bueno que pusieran una película en con bajo volumen.

Jenny BuiTerrible service, rude staff and discriminating visitors! Please, never book with this tour company! My tour started nicely with punctual pick-up then the tour guide Armando took over the rest of the day. We have around 4 ppl including me who do not speak Spanish. Armando spoke 80% of the tour time in Spanish and 20% in English. He did not explain clearly and direct us who are not Spanish speakers politely. He left us wondering where to go and what to do. He organised some activities without informing us and did not drop off at the hotel. The lunch buffet was bad... soup with burnt tortilla, food was empty when you came up to get food... in generall, it was a bad experience and influenced the joy of exploring Chichen itza!

Carly McGrewDO NOT BOOK WITH MANOLO TOURS!!!! Terrible agency, they try to rip you off and sell souveniers the entire bus ride. They left 7 passengers at the ruins after giving the wrong time zone info and did not try to look for them. The passengers had to get their own taxi back. They denied them a refund for at leasr the trip back that they did not provide.

Chanisara NetsuwanOur driver and tour guide on bus to Chichén Itzá were amazing and hilarious. However the lunch buffet seemed to have run out of food when we got there. We had spaghetti, chicken, and rice. All of which were really bland. We only had 1 hr at the Xenotes, 2 hours at Chichén Itzá, and 20 min in Valladolid. Other times were spent waiting in lines or at an overpriced gift shop.
