Excelente Ubicacion a pocos pasos de la Quinta Avenida y a una calle de la playa. Trato del personal excelente. No tiene restaurante pero con las diversas opciones en el alrededor no hace falta. Super recomendable!!!

Hotel semplice ma centralissimo. Le camere non sono grandissime e almeno la nostra non molto luminosa ma i ragazzi al ricevimento sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Aria condizionata e piccola piscina interna, molto scenografica. Lo consiglio.

Location was excellent. Right off 5th Ave and close to beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly. One comment is that the room was a bit musty, due to lack of fan in washroom. Need to run the dehumidifier to dry it out a bit.

Perfect location; the rooms are very clean, kind of small and minimalistic, the guys at the front desk are very gentle. The balcony of my room had a wondeful view yo the downstairs pool and had two confortable chairs to hang out. The hotel as a whole is amazingly beautiful. I recomend it.

Very cute rooms super close to the beach. The staff was really nice and helpful. We also got a free access to the beach club thanks to this hotel. They provide beach towels.

We just came back our trip to Playa del Carmen and we stayed at the kinbe hotel. The location was good the service was good but the room was definitely not what we expected for the money that we paid. The floor is made up of boards which was horrible and dirty, the bathroom zinc was awkward and at times there was no hot water, the TV reception was terrible, the bathroom door did not close, the safe did not have a key. We definitely are not going back to this hotel when there are some many others to choose from.
