CarlosAs opposed to everyone posting reviews, I had excellent service for a round trip from CUN airport to hotel in Cancun and viceversa. You have to keep in mind you are in a foreign country, and need check that transport company has all needed inform for pickup and dropoff, not assume you will get called and asked for it. It also helps to KNOW the language to be able to communicate better.
