I had a great time at the Cabo Inn. It is really charming but the owner needs to know that the staff is not doing a very good job keeping it up. The common area trash cans were full most of the time, the pool did not look like it was cleaned the four days that I stayed. The plants need some huge TLC. The are beautiful but need to be pruned and taken care of so much better. The rooms are very adequate and the table and chairs sitting in the hall outside the room make for a very friendly stay. The common kitchen is very nice and although the trash cans were overflowing the refrigerator did get a through cleaning while I was there. I would put sharpies so people could put some identifying info so you would know whether to throw stuff out. All in all with the price and the location I would stay again.

I made a reservation with Cabo Inn and cancelled my reservation well before the 48 hour cancellation deadline. However, they still charged me a cancellation fee and are now taking weeks to return my money, which was entirely an error on their part, and will not give me a date of when I can expect a refund. I strongly recommend against trusting Cabo Inn with any personal information, especially credit or debit card information.

Want a wonderful place to stay-this is it. Very clean and quaint. Everything is in walking distance.The staff helped us find where ever we needed to go.A big Thank You to Victor for all your help.I highly recommend Cabo Inn we loved sitting around the gathering spot with other guest and sharing what we did for that day.We met people from all over the world.

Awful hotel! Cheated us of the refund for the cancelled room for a week which they rented immediately afterwards to a friend on my son and charged for it second time! The owner I guess is Victor the lawyer from Dan Diego with one star rating which threatened to take us to Supreme Court if we pursue the case!!!

The Cabo Inn is a wonderfull place to stay. Well situated towards the beach, city-life and harbour. The rooms are all unique, clean, colourfull and airconditioned. The most wonderfull part of the Cabo Inn is the atmosphere of trust, love and respect for guests and all people who visit. Maria and Stanley are the most guestfree hosts you will ever met, they make the Cabo your home for the time you stay. When you visit Cabo San Lucas, go there and expierence best time of your life.
