We rented a car here with Alamo. Everything was OK. Friendly people work there. They checked the car in a normal way, not bad intentions.

Anthony TomaroWe rented back in April 2017. No problems to report. They did a thorough evaluation on the exterior of the vehicle. We both agreed on what damage was already there (minor chips and nicks). Care performed fine during our week and returning was not an issue. Charges were in line with what was expected.

Katie CunninghamWorst experience ever! Stole money from me! I rented a car for $60 US dollars for the week. They said they had to put a hold on my account.... almost $500 and never reimbursed me when I returned it. So my 60 dollar car turned into a $500 nightmare.I am still in the process of disputing it with my credit card company. This place is a scam. Go somewhere else if you are looking to rent a car in Cozumel.
