Единственный минус что отель находится в 40-ка минутах езды на такси от города и поездка на такси вам обойдется в 45$ в одну сторону.

Amazing experience from the staff to the food to the events. We went here on our Honeymoon and I am so glad we did. Everything was going wrong during our travels but as soon as we got here we were treated so well and everything fell into place. The club is worth the upgrade if you want to relax and enjoy your time, otherwise the other pools are a lot more fun and exciting with music and drinks flowing fast. Highly recommended place.

We had the best time on our honeymoon. Staff was there for our every need. The honeymoon package included breakfast in bed, a romantic dinner, and champagne in the room. The coffee shop was great for sweets and grab and go food, restaurants were all super nice, and the room service was some of the best food we had. Drinks are tall and strong. Rooms were beautiful and the large pools made for Great privacy, if desired. perfect place to relax!!

We were both very impressed just walking into the hotel. The room was beautiful and very clean. The entertainment the first night was good but the other main shows later in the evenings were not so great. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Grounds, pools, and facilities were all clean. Drink and food options were solid. Some seafood options were overdone and some meat options were under seasoned but we were able to find excellent food at each restaurant. We were a little disappointed the pools closed at 8pm and that they did not offer more beer options.

We spent 7 nights at the excellence and just returned home. It was definitely a 5-star experience. The room was very clean, the service was wonderful and the food was very good. Enjoyed the service for our room twice a day. The grill had an amazing tenderloin for dinner. Breakfast was always fresh a DNA even our room service that we had 2 times was very good. Loved our room location as it was close to everything. Enjoyed the entertainment nightly and all the activities during the day. The only thing I could suggest would be to have worked waiters at the pool swim up bar. The one guy was working as fast as he could and the wait could be lengthy at times. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be returning here again.

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and LOVED it!! The service was wonderful, the food was great and the stocked bar was even better!! We met a few awesome couples while we were there that we still keep in touch with! Everyone is always concerned about the water down in Mexico but there was never a shortage of water bottles provided. The resort says they have their own filtration system, and I did brush my teeth with the water from the faucet once and never had any problems, but for anyone worried about it, the water bottles were everywhere! The bar staff was fun and friendly and very quick. We chose to do a guided bike tour one morning instead of paying for an excursion and had a great time! We rode to a neighboring little town where we went shopping in the market and hung out by the beach for a while. There is something to do every day and night without having to pay for excursions off the resort! There is everything from big stage shows, fire dancers and acoustic lounge singers, to couples games on the beach next to the fresh chopped coconut drinks or playing a game of pool by the swimming pool! We loved this trip so much that we are planning to go back with friends in June!! I HIGHLY recommend this resort! We booked everything through a travel agent and NO problems at all!

Our whole trip was unbelievable. We started out arriving to the front door opening and champagne waiting for us. After, we were escorted to our room and along the way we got a tour of the resort so we knew where everything. The bellman even gave us a tour of the room so we knew how everything worked. We made it a point to try every restaurant at the resort and we were not disappointed with any of the. Every staff member we encountered was extremely welcome, kind, and helpful. There is entertainment and events throughout the day and the night time entertainment is awesome. This was our first time at an all inclusive resort and I know we picked the right one. The road to the resort was trashed due to the recent storms so be prepared for a little longer trip. I reserved 4 rooms and were confirmed through a travel agent but they only had three rooms for us when we registered. It took a little time and few phone calls, but they got me in. They were nice enough to give me and my wife a spa treatment for the trouble. They forgot to take it off the bill when checking out though. It seems as though they are not the most organized but they try very hard to make things right. Several times during our stay the water pressure was extremely low or off entirely in our room. The food and service was great. Rooms are very nice too.

Nous nous considérons très chanceux d’avoir reçu ce voyage en cadeau. Un cadeau Royal, une semaine magnifique du 3 au 10 mai 2014. La chambre était magnifique, nous avons beaucoup voyagé et je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel avec autant de piscines à nous donner le sentiment que la piscine nous appartient. Les chaises, les lits de plage, les serviettes ne sont pas en manque. On ne se bat pas pour une chaise le matin comme j’ai déjà vu dans certains hôtels, même les 5 étoiles. Le service est courtois et très attentionné. Le seul petit bémol, les restos pourraient s’améliorer dans la finesse de leur cuisine. Nous avons goûté à la cuisine du Royal Del Carmen à Riviera Maya qui était au summum dans la restauration, mais l’hôtel Excellence n’aurait qu’à faire un petit pas pour se rapprocher de cette cuisine. Finalement, je retournerais demain matin dans cet hôtel avec grand plaisir. Je lui donne la meilleure note de tous les hôtels que nous avons visités.
